    Suspicious subject at president’s office

    Chico Police:

    1:04 p.m.: Knife incident on North Cedar Street. “Male and female yelling at each other, going on for the last couple minutes. Now walking towards Safeway, still in verbal dispute. Another reporting party advising the female pulled out a knife at the male. Last seen running toward Safeway. Officer at scene, unable to locate. Gone on arrival.”

    2:55 p.m.: Subject disturbance on Ceanothus Avenue. “There is a female and male adult in the lobby. Reporting party asked if they needed assistance, the female said she works at the massage studio and the male subject stared her down and said ‘bitch’ to reporting party as the two of them went inside the massage studio. Reporting party is in her own office in tears. Requesting personal officer contact. Officer out with reporting party. Subjects in other business are being evicted.”

    4:08 p.m.: Subject disturbance on Walnut Street. “Transient subject refusing to leave shopping center. Subject smells of urine, keeps puling his pants down and exposing himself. Several business owners have told him to leave property, since subject keeps harassing patrons. Subject now walking towards Ray’s Liquor. Requesting him contacted and counseled.”

    University Police:

    8:12 a.m.: Suspicious circumstances on south side of Modoc Hall. “Gray or black bike with cut lock next to it. Bike described is secured with U-lock, but broken cable lock on ground with no second bike. Gray/black Huffy Cruiser located unsecured in the area and brought in.”

    10:36 a.m.: Suspicious subject in Kendall Hall president’s office. “Subject with gray shoulder length hair was in office a few minutes ago ranting and raving. Exited into hallway, unknown destination.”

    6:22 p.m.: Suspicious subject at Bell Memorial Union bike racks. “White male adult, no shirt, hanging around the bike racks. Subject stole bicycle from Plumas Hall bike racks. Officer on foot pursuit at 3rd.Ivy. Subject detained. Transported to Butte County Jail.”
