    Chico Police:

    Sunday, 6:15 a.m.: Stolen vehicle recovered at Anderson Apartments on East Fourth Street. “Subject hit reporting party’s parked vehicle, left their vehicle and rode on a bike down the alley between 3rd and 4th. Two subjects returned and took something out of the vehicle. Contacted reporting party regarding stolen vehicle report yesterday. Brown’s towing en route.”

    Sunday, 8:22 p.m.: Subject disturbance at Acacia Apartments on West Acacia apartments. “Female subject on the sidewalk yelling and screaming, unknown what she is yelling. Subject is now singing. Subject had her pants off but is now clothed. Subject is leaving the area, no further action.”

    Sunday, 12:29 p.m.: Subject disturbance at Prompt Care Cohasset. “Patient was walked over to Crisis Center for issues this morning. Patient is now back pounding on the windows, employee trying to talk to female now. Enloe security out with subject. Subject no longer welcome at the Crisis Center, will make her way back to Oroville.”

    Monday, 8:44 a.m.: Subject disturbance at California Car Wash on Commercial Avenue. “Female just arrived on her bike, threw the bike down and ran at full sprinting back and forth through the carwash. Subject is yelling at customers and now is out in the middle of the street. Officer out with subject, advisement given.”

    Monday, 12:07 p.m.: Loose animal at 2173 Zuni Ave. “Black lab mix followed reporting party approximately 2 hours ago, no collar. Animal is very friendly, appears cared for. Requesting animal services to pick him up. Dog’s name is Aussie, blue lab.”

    Monday, 3:56 p.m.: Suspicious subject at Wal-Mart on Forest Avenue. “Male subject walking around the parking lot, approaching women in their vehicles saying he needs help because he locked his keys in his vehicle with 2 small children inside. Reporting party watched subject walk off behind Oxford Suites.”

    University Police:

    Sunday, 4:35 p.m.: Vehicle burglary on 3rd floor of parking structure one. “Reporting party reports coming out of WREC to find his vehicle alarm sounding, window smashed and stereo missing in his white Chevy Malibu.”

    Sunday, 7:05 p.m.: Vehicle tampering in stadium parking lot. “Driver side window of gray Chevy Avalanche smashed, nothing appears taken. Work order for glass cleanup sent.”

    Monday, 10:36 a.m.: Suspicious subject in parking structure two. “White female adult, early 20’s, transient type walking around structure trying locks on bikes. Two officers checked block radius, unable to locate subject.”

    Monday, 11:34 a.m.: Property found in stadium parking lot. “Found care tool kit, unknown if related to vehicle tampering. Property brought back to owner. Unable to locate victim of vehicle tampering.”
