    Tuesday, 8:39 a.m.: Suspicious subject at Holt Hall. “Two teens one wearing a red hat and red shirt, hat or shirt is 49ers, other is wearing dark shirt and dark pants, checking out locks, one is riding a white bike and the other is riding a skateboard. Both are wearing back packs. Both medium heights, red shirt has a neck tattoo.”

    Tuesday, 10:48 a.m: Suspicious circumstance at parking structure on Cherry Street. “Reporting party was exiting structure and noticed a silver Toyota Tacoma with window broken out. Damage is old, no glass inside and nothing appears to be missing. Owner, Smith, came in at 11:55 a.m. to advise damage occurred over the weekend in City Lot 7. Marine patterned backpack with laptop was taken. He had contacted Chico Police Department, but did not want to report file on line.”

    Tuesday, 11:40 a.m.: Medical aid at Nettleton Stadium. ” Female with injured knee. Friend transporting to Enloe.”
