    “Suspect walked out of Safeway with a cart of groceries and hand basket of groceries.”

    Call Type: Suspicious Subject 6:29 a.m., Springfield Dr

    “Male subject behind Kohl’s wandering around looking into vehicles. Last seen headed towards the back of the store.”

    Call Type: Littering/Urinating in Public 7:40 a.m., Park Ave

    “Transient male seen urinating in parking lot of Alter Ego Costume Design.”

    Call Type: Livestock Loose 8:12 a.m., Centennial Ave

    “Loose horse at the roundabout. Horse owners were called and the horse has been re-secured.”

    Call Type: Traffic Hazard 9:09 a.m., E 19th St

    “Older male with no teeth driving a lawn mower pulling a trailer to Chico everyday. Lawn mower doesn’t have a front bumper and driver has to hold the gas tank in his hands while he drives. Vehicle is currently at Chico scrap.”

    “Female on south side of the pool on the grass, completely naked, seems oblivious. She was asked to wash her clothes elsewhere.”

    “Rape occurred at University Village on Nord Avenue.”
