Call Type: Petty Theft, 7:11 a.m., 598 E. 8th St.

Caller purchased a money order for $310 and then realized it only had $220 on it. Caller tried to talk to wonder but employee won’t allow that or tell him who the wonder is. Caller has a receipt and money order.

Call Type: Poss. Drug Activity, 10:08 a.m., 605 Mangrove Ave.

Call Type: Domestic Violence, 1:58 p.m., Locust Street

Female screaming into the phone, mother on the floor. Stepdad threw mother on the floor. No weapons that she knows of. Pit bull on the scene is defending the female. Four children are in the house ages 12, nine, five and three. Male is yelling at the children. Female is at Enloe Medical Center for treatment.

Call Type: Fraud/Scam, 3:41 p.m., 100 Penzance Ave.

Caller states that a friend rented an apartment in his name. Caller wants to speak to an officer regarding this. Caller is retired and travels, he does not have a permanent residence.

Call Type: Reckless Vehicle, 4:29 p.m., 900 S. Highway 99

Caller is reporting an elderly female on the southbound 99 Cohasset ramp is going the wrong direction. Elderly female is stopped on the ramp.

Call Type: Refusing to Leave, 4:31 p.m., 574 E. 15th St.

The caller is a landlord. She received a message via Facebook from the tenant. The tenant said she has people in her house that are refusing to leave. Tenant said there are a few people there yelling. Subjects are transients who asked if they could stay. Caller allowed them to come in. Landlord told them they could not stay.

Call Type: Animal Bite, 5:10 p.m., 1276 Humboldt Ave.

Caller reporting she was bit yesterday by neighbor’s dog. Caller is afraid to go back to the house in fear of getting bit again. Dog lives a block away.
