The Associated Students elections will be held Tuesday. Students can vote online via their Wildcat email addresses. Voting begins at 8 a.m. and will remain open for 24 hours. Students can select from declared candidates that will be featured on the ballot or choose a write-in candidate. Some candidates are running unopposed. This is the first time in five years that an AS presidential candidate has run unopposed. The Orion will post election updates as they become available. To learn more about AS candidates, click on the multi-colored dots featured on each photo. The candidates discussed their platforms, experience and other issues they hope to address. Students can also vote on a measure that will be featured on the ballot. The measure hopes to ban the sale of bottled water on campus. A forum was held on April 11 for candidates to further discuss their platforms. Voters can watch the forum here.
