Chico Police identify victim of Cherry Street homicide

Chico Police continue to search for a suspect and ask witnesses to come forward after a street homicide.

On Nov. 9 police arrived at 1500 block of North Cherry Street to find the victim, David Bledsoe, 26, dead in his apartment. An autopsy confirmed a gunshot wound killed the victim, according to a press release.

Detectives continue the investigation and said the case is being treated as a homicide.

The CPD ask for any witnesses or anyone with information to contact the Chico Police Detective Bureau.
