A.S. estimated budget surpasses $20 million
While A.S. can earn over $20 million per year, the net income isn’t that high due to several expenses.
Chico State’s student government controls several on-campus businesses such as the Wildcat Recreation Center, the Wildcat Store and Sutter Dining Services. A.S.’s current estimated income this year is about $20,808,629 while its estimated expenses are $20,467,584. This means that Associated Students received roughly $341,045 of net profit in the 2017 to 2018 school year.
