Reporting party stated their niece had been raped 2 days prior and knows the suspect.

Tuesday 5:07 p.m., West Legion Avenue

A heavy set woman in a violet shirt reportedly struck a student at the front desk. Reporting party states subject is a parent of a resident. Victim had no visible injuries, declined medical attention and did not wish to press charges.

Officers encountered a physical altercation leading to one subject being arrested for drunk in public.

Saturday 11:20 a.m., 600 Humboldt Avenue

Reporting party stated their Silver Honda Accord was struck by a blue sedan. It is believed the collision may have been intentional. After the collision the driver of the blue sedan got out and began hitting the vehicle of the reporting party with a bat. The blue sedan was last seen traveling southbound on Humboldt Ave.

Friday 4:46 p.m., 1300 Sheridan Avenue

Reporting party states there is a male subject standing in front of their apartment with his pants down. Subject reportedly pulled his pants up once noticed by the reporting party but remained in front of the apartment. The reporting party did not see the subject urinating or masturbating. Subject was last seen headed toward Hooker Oak School.

Wednesday 8:00 p.m., 1000 Nord Avenue

Reporting party stated they were struck in the face by a male subject in blue jeans and a marijuana hat. Reporting party also stated they do not know the subject, nor do they know the reason for the attack. Responding officers were able to locate the subject who was then arrested for battery.

Wednesday 5:38 p.m., 1400 East Avenue

Reporting party stated there was an older male in a bright orange shirt masturbating at the bus stop in front of Marigold School. When officers located the subject he stated he was changing his clothes behind the bus stop. Subject was advised and moved along.

Tuesday 6:26 p.m., 800 Pomona Ave.

A group of seven individuals, male and female, were reportedly fighting in front of an apartment. Responding officers encountered a group of 15 individuals but were unable to locate any signs of a disturbance in the area. It was concluded to be mutual combat between the two parties, though neither party wanted further action to be taken.
