An 18-year-old student was arrested on the street for consuming alcohol in public. He was asked for identification and it was discovered he was a minor.

An 18-year-old was found in possession of alcohol and given a warning.

Wednesday, September 4, 2:01 a.m., W 3rd St/Broadway St

A 46-year-old man was arrested for erratic driving and when he was pulled over he tested over the legal limit of 0.08. His bail will be set at $10,000.

Police received a call and arrested of a 40-year-old transient and charged him violating his parole. His bail is set at $7,500.

Thursday, September 5, 3:30 p.m., 1300 Block Ridgewood Dr

Chico PD responded to a domestic violence call. When they arrived they arrested a cleanup worker. He was charged with assault with force from his hands enough to cause great bodily injury. He also violated his parole with this rearrest and his bail is set at $80,000.

Friday, September 6, 1:39 a.m., 2300 Block Notre Dame Blvd

A cook that works at Hula’s was charged driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was also charged with driving without a license and with hit and run from property damage. His bail is set at $16,500.

A 20-year-old student was pulled over and found to be under the influence of alcohol and over the legal limit of 0.08%.

A 31-year-old man was arrested for driving over the legal limit for alcohol. He was also found to have been driving with a suspended license for previous DUI violations. This recent incident also violates his probation and his bail is set at $38,000.

A 35-year-old homeless man was arrested for having a stolen vehicle and being in possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

A 19-year-old student was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol over the legal limit.
