Chico Police:
10:57 a.m: Assault on Esplanade. “Friday night, reporting party’s boss assaulted reporting party. Reporting party had to run away from him and flag down a bus. Reporting party went back to work Saturday to get her vehicle, but her boss was still blocking her vehicle with his and causing a disturbance. Subject again assaulted her. Reporting party left to get business keys from the subject and he pushed her and threw her down again. Other employees were witnesses to some of this. Reporting party returned today and found vehicle had slashed tires. The subject has assaulted other employees who also may call for a report. They will be looking into getting attorney against subject. Called reporting party twice, recording says mailbox is full. Reporting party and her friend are at Chico Police Department, reporting her cell phone was taken by the subject and thrown over a fence.”
2:44 p.m: Resisting a peace officer at Chapman Elementary School. “Reporting party teacher off duty at school reporting subjects are on the roof. All are in black and red clothing. Approximately 7 or 8 now off the roof still on campus. They are all currently in the playground section of the school. Due to clothing reporting party suspects they are gang members. Officer out with reporting party. Now subjects running south-bound through campus. About 8 subjects. Subject wrestling with officer. Half of the subjects westbound 16th, other half northbound. Officer needs no further assistance with his subject. 2 detained, others fled. No specific want for those subjects. One subject in Pittsburg Steeler jersey. Subjects were graffitiing on campus, however they misspelled officer’s name. Subject returned and is a disturbance with officers.”
University Police:
8:14 a.m: Alcohol related medical emergency outside Whitney Hall. “Parents en route from out of town, want to talk to officer about incident not being investigated for crime. Unconscious female by the rocks. Fire and medics dispatched. Fire on scene. Medics on scene. Subject non-responsive, will be transported to Enloe Medical Center.”
