    Thursday, 1:25 a.m.: Accident, minor injuries on Humboldt Avenue. “Vehicle vs. bicyclist. Subject riding bicycle over bridge failed to yield to subject driving a Ford Focus. He declined medical aid and remained angry throughout contact.”

    Thursday, 9:49 a.m.: Traffic hazard at East Twelfth Street. “Male subject walking northbound in southbound lanes carrying a bunch of things. Subject gone on arrival.”

    Thursday, 10:45 a.m.: Subject under influence of drugs at Sports Ltd. on Mangrove Avenue. “Female subject waving a hammer around, doesn’t seem agitated but is walking around. She is currently sitting in front of the store. Subject gone on arrival.”

    Friday, 9:45 a.m.: Subject disturbance at Gary’s Automotive on Rio Lindo Avenue. “Male transient subject yelling about World War I. Unknown if yelling at himself or someone else.”

    Friday, 8:56 p.m.: DUI crash on East Eighth Street. “At least 2 vehicles, possible injuries. Another reporting party advising vehicle hit a parked car. Two cars, minor injuries, standing by for traffic control. Vehicle into 2 parked vehicles. Driver taken to Enloe.”

    Saturday, 12:19 p.m.: Drunk in public at 20th Street Park on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway. “Male subject in the middle of the park interrupting a non-profit event. Subject is approaching people making them uncomfortable. Subject now on stage. Officer out with subject in park.”

    Saturday, 12:19 p.m.: Accident, minor injuries at 1299 Skyway. “Subject crashed and lost a wheel. Originality report as a drunk driver to Chico Police Department. Traffic control to block southbound traffic at 20th St. Daughter en route to pick up driver.”

    University Police:

    Thursday, 9:06 a.m.: Fire incident at Acker Hall. “Possible fire on roof. Chico Fire Department responding. Black smoke on roof, fire department putting up ladder. Chico Police Department has officer for traffic control. Audible fire alarm activated, possible electricians.”

    Thursday, 1:01 p.m.: Suspicious circumstances near O’Connell Hall. “Bike in creek between Shurmer and O’Connell. FMS to retrieve contents from the river.”

    Friday, 11:07 a.m.: Suspicious subject at Bell Memorial Union. “Male subject was acting suspicious inside jumping off stairway inside. Subject last seen on steps outside the BMU auditorium. Officer out with subject. Subject consented for search, negative results. No further action.”

    Friday, 1:09 p.m.: Suspicious circumstances in Whitney Hall second floor. “Resident advisor advising desk attendant received call from someone advising a student was attempting to commit suicide on 2nd floor. Male and female resident fighting, male threatened to kill himself. Resident advisor advising door is wide open and no one is there. Carson City, Nevada Police Department calling and advising they received a call from someone in Lake Tahoe reporting a suicidal subject at Chico State. Reporting party advising male is at Creekside Café with a group of females. Receiving numerous calls from reporting parties in Lake Tahoe reporting subject has attempted suicide before. Officer advising subject does not want to harm himself.”

    Friday, 6:15 a.m.: Suspicious subject in Bell Memorial Union basement. “Officer walked in lobby with staff from Meriam Library advising there is a female with tattoos, wearing ‘animal’ type clothing. She has a knife attached to her right side hip in the basement area. Contacted female, she is all clear. No further action.”
