    Grand theft at Phi Delta Theta

    University Police:

    Saturday, 12:52 p.m.: Property theft at fraternity house. “Grand theft greater than $950 at Phi Delta Theta on Ivy Street. University police department walk-in. MacBook is taken and missing from home.”

    Saturday, 1:49 p.m.: Harassment at University Village. “Responding party reports her ex-boyfriend was provided her current address and he is now harassing her.”

    Saturday, 1:50 p.m.: Medical aid at O’Connell Technology Center. “Male has fallen and split his head open. He is in front of 805 Rio Chico Way.”

    Sunday, 5:12 p.m.: Welfare check at Whitney Hall dorms. “Responding party in lobby advising his girlfriend’s sister is not responding to calls and they haven’t been able to get a hold of her all day. Responding parties are concerned because she is diabetic.”

    Sunday, 5:27 p.m.: Suspicious subject at Konkow Hall. “Responding party advising a white male adult with brown curly hair rode by Konkow southbound on a bike with an extra tire attached to his green backpack. No further info.”

    Monday, 9:26 a.m.: Suspicious circumstance at Meriam Library. “Library staff reporting a black duffle bag on top of bike storage lockers in breezeway.”

    Monday, 12:57 p.m.: Petty theft at Konkow Hall. “Responding party advising his BMX tire was taken off his bike sometime between Friday and this morning.”

    Monday, 2:11 p.m.: Non-injury hit and run at Parking Structure 1 on Cherry Street. “Responding party in lobby advising she just witnessed a vehicle parking on top floor of Parking Structure 1 hit another parked car. Responding party advised subject did not leave a note and walked away.”

    Saturday, 5:23 p.m.: Threats at Rio Lindo Avenue. “Responding party advised another older juvenile was trying to chase her and beat her up, another juvenile filming incident with a cellphone. Juvenile advised they claimed to see picture and thought it was ok to beat her up for that. Juvenile was advised to stay inside safety of her apartment until her mom or the police department arrived.”

    Saturday, 5:55 p.m.: Domestic dispute at Esplanade. “Two, maybe three, fighting in the front of the parking lot. Female on the ground crying. All appear to be transients. Additional responding party advised to move to back of Budget Rental. Subject were on foot. Female appeared pregnant.”

    Saturday, 10:39 p.m.: Disturbance on Nord Avenue. “Responding party believes her roommate is under the influence of drugs and acting crazy, punched the wall and now outside yelling. Someone says they think he is on ‘Molly.’ Unknown female was in a verbal with roommate and threatened to get her family and ‘shoot it up.’ Responding party no longer has a visual on roommate, unknown where in the complex he has gone.”

    Sunday, 10:35 a.m.: Domestic dispute at East Fifth Street. “Young male and female in the street fighting. Female was biting the male. Male was walking away as responding party left. Responding party was in traffic, could not stop. No weapons. Responding party believes involved parties were under the influence of drugs based on actions and movements.”

    Sunday, 1:26 p.m.: Drunk in public at Manzanita Court. “Male subject on property stumbling around in a towel and a t-shirt only. Subject fell into window and fell down, then started walking around again. Subject was originally trying to get a room however does not have the money. Subject leaning against door to the office. Responding party called back. Subject stumbled off towards Denny’s.”

    Sunday, 3:46 p.m.: Theft from vehicle on E. Third Street. “Female is walking around trying vehicle doors in the area. Last seen toward Chico State. Female is removing items from vehicles and then hiding it in bushes. Responding party cannot give away any victim vehicle descriptions but can point out some of the property the subject has dumped.”

    Monday, 11:18 a.m.: Distubance at Rio Lindo Avenue. “Responding party reporting blonde female in leggings, skirt and purple shirt yelling and swearing. States she is ‘bath salt crazy.’ Currently on Rio Lindo Avenue across from the train station.”

    Monday. 2:54 p.m.: Refusing to leave at Java Detour on Esplanade. “Fire and medics responded to an unconscious transient male on sidewalk, determined not to need medical and now subject has gotten up and is laying in the parking lot of the business, blocking vehicles from driving in.”

    Monday, 8:15 p.m.: Disturbance at Cigarette City on W. East Avenue. “Two males outside banging on the windows telling employees that they suck and they will kill them. Subjects have been outside for approximately 20 minutes. Business closed at 8:00 p.m. but responding party had been too afraid to go to her vehicle.”
