Thursday, 12:30 a.m.: Assistance of other agency on Mechoopda Street. “Flagged down regarding a burglary that just occurred. Responding party advising the burglar was northbound on Mechoopda. Male carrying a subway sandwich bag. Chico police already en route.”
Thursday, 5:00 a.m.: Suspicious vehicle on Cedar and West First streets. “Vehicle occupied by one passed out person. Construction fencing is wrapped and tangled up under vehicle and vehicle properly.”
