“Woman with car battery problems gave a man $160 because he said he would help her and instead left without doing so. The woman was then told by several in the area that, ‘he does this all the time and hangs out under the bridge.'”

 

Call Type: 417- Knife Thursday, 1:17 p.m., Arbutus Avenue

“A PG&E; employee had been confronted by a man who pulled a knife out on him and stated that he ‘believes that this is his truck’ and shut the door. The man continued to sit in the vehicle while detaining traffic. The vehicle had been taken in for repairs.”
