The Pageant Theatre is showing three movies this weekend, here’s what they are, what they’re about and when they’re showing.

Starting Oct. 2: “Meru”

Overcoming massive setbacks in their lives, this documentary follows the story of three friends and their attempt to climb Shark’s Fin on Mount Meru. This movie should be playing all weekend.

Starting Oct. 2: “Partisan”

Gregori runs the remains of society, but young Alexander is having trouble falling in line with his agenda. See how these two clash in the film showing all this weekend as well.

Oct. 3: “A Nightmare on Elm Street”

For one night only, The Pageant will show Wes Craven’s masterpiece about the killer who haunts the dreams of the children of Elm Street at 11 p.m.
