    Chico Police:

    8:00 a.m.: Elderly subject found on River Wood Lane. “Reporting party found elderly female that had fallen in bushes outside residence, no injury. Subject seems disoriented and confused, currently husband and neighbor are walking her around neighborhood to her home. Female returned home with family members.”

    12:44 p.m.: Disturbance near Jack in the Box on the Esplanade. “Subject now tearing her clothes off at bus stop, walking in the middle of the road. Second reporting party advising subject is in traffic, cars swerving not to hit her. Last seen not fully dressed and walking toward Save Mart area.”

    4:15 p.m.: Reckless vehicle at Woodside Gardens on the 100 block of West Lassen Avenue. “Vehicle just spun donuts in gravel that caused a crack in reporting party’s windshield. Reporting party insisting on contact with the subject. Suspect will walk down and take care of the problem with the victims.”

    University Police:

    11:13 a.m.: Suspicious subject at Bidwell Mansion. “White male adult with possible pistol in his waistband. Subject in possession of replica BB gun. Officer out with subject, booked on CPD.”

    1:37 p.m.: Fire alarm in Langdon Hall. “Fire alarm pulled on first floor. Subject seen leaving the area and is standing outside. No sign of fire. Noise complaint called in from Rio Chico, advising reset of fire alarm.”
