Thursday <strong>2:04 p.m.</strong> Drunk in public reported on the 900 block of Nord Avenue. “Currently in front of Burger Hut. (Subject) has fallen a couple of times.”

<strong>3:19 p.m.</strong> Assault and battery reported on the 1900 block of East 20th Street. “Reporting party with mall security, states he attempted to contact subject who was dumpster diving. Subject came up with a stick and struck reporting party in the head?no injury.”

Friday<strong>1:04 a.m.</strong> Drunk in public reported on the 100 block of Main Street. “Very intoxicated man just left toward Esplanade. Did not know where he was. Thought reporting party’s vehicle was his own and tried to get into it.”

<strong>2:07 a.m.</strong> Welfare check reported on the 200 block of Broadway Street. “Reporting party received call from his girlfriend. Said she was locked in a vehicle and doesn’t know where she is at.”

<strong>2:47 a.m.</strong> Man down reported on the 1100 block of Ivy Street. “Male passed out in front of white truck. Moving slightly.”

<strong>6:17 p.m.</strong> Assault and battery reported on the 1700 block of Oakdale Street. “Reporting party was attacked by a 9-year-old male. Struck reporting party with a log. Nine-year-old is son of reporting party’s roommate who is not home.”

Saturday<strong>1:23 a.m.</strong> DUI crash reported on the 2500 block of the Esplanade. “Occurred in the drive-thru. Female driver fell asleep, then woke up, backed into another vehicle and then sped off.”

<strong>11:51 a.m.</strong> Stolen vehicle reported on the 900 block of Nord Avenue. “Reporting party had stopped here to insert some ‘fix a tire’ to fix her flat. Male subject offered his assistance. Reporting party allowed subject to drive the vehicle around the lot for the repair substance to take hold. The subject never came back.”

<strong>9:01 p.m.</strong> Possible drug activity reported on the 300 block of Main Street. “Subjects smoking marijuana in front of the store and playing bongo drums. Reporting party asked them to move along but they refused.”

Sunday<strong>12:27 a.m.</strong> Defrauding reported on the 300 block of Walnut Street. “Three? subjects eating items in store and refusing to pay.”

<strong>1:12 a.m.</strong> Party of 25 plus people reported on the 900 block of West Fourth Street. “Live band?subjects filling the lot urinating, etc. Reporting party advises subjects have urinated on her vehicle.”
