    Chico Police:

    12:00 p.m.: Subject disturbance at Katie’s Corner on Main Street. “Male transients with 2 dogs smoking a joint and harassing people walking by. People avoiding the area. Reporting party is not a victim but concerned for citizens. Requesting they be moved along.”

    1:24 p.m.: Indecent exposure on Mangrove Avenue. “Male transient sitting on the planter box in front of the store masturbating. Has a bag of property with him. Subject gone on arrival.”

    3:34 p.m.: Threats reported at Verizon Wireless on East 20th Street. “Store received threat from customer stating he was going to come to the store with an uzi, subject was kidding and said a ‘fuzi.’ Threatened to take the store manager ‘to the mat.’ Manager doesn’t want to be a victim.”

    University Police:

    3:19 p.m.: Suspicious circumstances at soccer field behind Konkow Hall. “White male adult in black jeans and white shirt laying in field inside the fence line, unresponsive. Subject’s face is purple, blood coming from eye, nose possibly broken. Chico Fire Department and medics contacted. Subject transported by medics.”

    1:40 a.m.: Medical aid on Warner Street and Legion Avenue. “Reporting party requesting medics for an unconscious male who is bleeding. Fire and medics on scene. Male being transported to Enloe.”
