The joy of Easter can be shared with everyone. In my house, any holiday is an excuse to make some themed treats. I made some chocolate Easter nests using pretzels and adding some chocolate eggs to celebrate.

Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 4 nests

Ingredients:
1 cup pretzels
3/4 cup melting chocolate
12 mini chocolate eggs

Melt chocolate in the microwave. Be sure to microwave it in short increments, on low power if possible — chocolate can overcook easily.

In a medium bowl, mix pretzels and chocolate together until the chocolate coats the pretzels. Transfer six or seven pretzels onto parchment paper, shaping them into little mounds.

Top the pretzel nests with three chocolate eggs. Put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate.
