    “Officer initiated activity at 25 Main St. when remnants of a campfire and human feces were found at the bottom of the stairs at RSC Property Management. Contacted for clean up.”

    “Boy leaves restaurant and returns later feeling under the influence of drugs. Mother takes son to Enloe Medical Center. Boy claims man gave him a brownie and feels that he has been drugged.”
