The Sierra Nevada Brewing Company has been providing delightful experiences to members of the Chico community since 1979. It provides daily tours of its brewery, puts on multiple concerts a month and has a restaurant and taproom that serves food grown entirely from its own gardens.
Madison Bear Garden – 316 W. 2nd St.
This downtown family-friendly restaurant becomes a 21-and-over party palooza when the clock strikes 9 p.m. They host special events such as:
- Monday Night Bear-E-Oke– karaoke starting at 9 p.m.
- Tuesday Night Bear Wear– discount for wearing apparel from Madison Bear Garden
- Wednesday Night Trike Races– tricycle races starting at 10 p.m.
Riley’s Bar and Grill – 702 W. 5th St.
Riley’s Bar and Grill has been around since 1987 and was established by two Chico residents who wanted to create a full party experience at their bar. The bar are known for Power Hour, which offers drinks for only 50 cents on Thursday nights from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.
