Naked female was taking a bath in reporting party’s dog bowl in the garage. Subject is husband’s ex stepdaughter. Reporting party believed that subject was under the influence of a controlled substance and probably on prescription drugs.

Call type: Suspicious circumstance Friday 9:08 a.m., Esplanade
Reporting party stated that there were two subjects with bikes looking through a fence onto his property because he had items out for a pending yard sale. Reporting party has had an ongoing problem with transients.

Subjects got onto the bus and tried to grab a woman’s granddaughter. Subjects were parents of woman’s granddaughter who has custody of the child. Subjects spit on a person trying to help the grandmother. Reporting party did not have any further information.

Call type: Suspicious subject Friday 5:24 p.m., East 20th Street
Two black male adults were in the parking lot walking close to vehicles. One of the urinated on a bush while a child was getting out of a vehicle. Reporting party believed they were up to no good.

White male adult partially clothed with blond hair in a ponytail with no shirt or jeans was pounding on the vehicles with his shoes.

White male adult wearing shorts and a tan baseball cap was yelling profanities and causing a disturbance.
