    Three subjects throwing full cans of beer from the east side of the top floor of the parking structure.

    A subject was drinking alcohol from an open container at the bus stop in front of Walmart.

    Call Type: Shoplift, 5:36 p.m. Forest Avenue

    Loss prevention at Walmart stated that a female subjet ran from the store after stealing makeup. She got into a car with two friends.

    Subjects in a white Lexus were driving near a woman who left Riley’s Bar. They were passing her and then driving back around.

    A subect was outside of Safeway throwing items at customers before going into the store and then leaving on a bike.

    There was a subject sleeping on a bench outside of Target with bags, blankets and a bike near him.

    There was a loud verbal incident between males and females near Panama Bar and Cafe.
