    Call Type: Transient Problem, 7:03 a.m., Broadway Street

    Subject is blocking an entrance to a building and lying in a puddle of their own urine.

    Call Type: Family Dispute, 9:21 a.m., Fourth Avenue

    The daughter of the reporting party is throwing things and screaming. Reporting party claims the tantrum is because they would not giver her any cigarettes. Subject eventually returns to her room to calm down.

    Two female subjects were staying in the dressing room for an extended period of time. One of the women eventually left the store, but left her pants behind.
