A massive immigration is taking place at Chico State after students leave the college for the summer.

On May 23 through the month of June, Chico State staff and faculty will start moving into the new Arts & Humanities Building. The college’s Academic Affairs is coordinating the move.

Departments moving into the new building include the arts, English, philosophy and the International Languages, Literatures and Cultures departments as well as the College of Humanities and Fine Arts.

The new build is approximately 90,000 square feet and holds five lecture halls.
