The 1078 Gallery is packing up their bags, their landlord has evicted them after 11 years at their location at 820 Broadway Street.

The landlord has had many issues with the parties.

“They don’t follow the rules of their lease,” Anderson said by phone. “They seem to think they’re above the rest of the tenants, and that they can do whatever they want. When we leased the building to them, we leased it as an art gallery, but now it’s become a nightclub.”

1078 Gallery has until the end of May to find a new location. To stay updated with the move, residents can go to gallery’s website.
