Someone went into Bidwell Mansion and reported a female in a verbal argument with another group.

Window screen to a small bathroom was cut, possibly in an attempt to gain entry.

A group of approximately seven individuals were hanging outside of the clinic and were asked to leave for being too loud and using provocative language, individuals refused to leave.
