One male and one female were reported sleeping in the hallway between Langdon and O’Connell. Subjects picked up their belongings and left upon police arrival

A fire alarm was pulled in the west side of Langdon on the 3rd floor. False alarm.

Thursday, March 7, 11:57 a.m., Parking structure on Cherry Street.

Inside the parking structure, the ticket dispenser reportedly took money but did not return ticket for parking. Reporting party was gone upon police arrival.

A man inside an elevator in the PAC on the second-floor reports that the doors will not open.

Two male subjects and one female subject were reported playing the drums loudly near the creek on Ivy Street. Subjects were asked to move, but they moved only a few feet and continued to play.

The reporting party said the subject was stabbed over a dispute with stolen property. The victim was transported to the hospital.

Wednesday, March 6, 8:57 a.m., 300 E Park Ave.

Male subject was reported wearing a bright orange shirt in the middle of the roadway, singing and dancing while swinging around an object – not a weapon. Taser was deployed, more officers arrived on scene. Subject sent to Butte County Jail.

Wednesday, March 6, 5:24 p,m., 700 Cherry St.

Reporting party was waiting to get onto the Highway 99 on-ramp when subject from another vehicle threw trash at the reporting party’s vehicle. The two vehicles ended up at the Cherry Street address and the subject pulled out a bat and hit the reporting party’s vehicle. The subject drove away in a white Honda.

Subject entered the business and stole a tray of cupcakes. Subject last seen wearing a black beanie and a backpack.

Reporting party says he recently met a female online. Now he reports that she is threatening him and sending inappropriate pictures of him to his family.
