A Chico State student talks about his experience with sexual assault years ago. Male sexual assault happens almost as often as female sexual assault, according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics.
Students and Chico community members gathered Saturday at the the bike bath through campus often nick-named the "rape trail" to change the perception of widely used bike bath. People used chalk to write messages about consent and spread awareness on sexual assaults.
