Have you ever wanted to share your thoughts directly with the president of Chico State?
President Steve Perez is offering open office hours this spring semester, giving students, staff and faculty a chance to meet with him one-on-one.
The office hours include 20-minute appointments that allow members of the campus community to share ideas, ask questions or discuss concerns directly with the president.
“I’m happy to talk about office hours,” said President Steve Perez. “It has really been a joy to talk with as many people as possible to see how people are experiencing Chico State.”
These conversations are open to everyone at Chico. Multiple dates are available this semester and participants are encouraged to reserve a time that works best for them.
Taylor Lorscheider, a junior at Chico State, said, “I had no idea the president had office hours. I would definitely go if I needed help with an important issue.”
Participants can reserve a time through the sign-up form linked in the university announcement. Office hours are hosted through the Office of the President in Kendall Hall 105.
