    Man chases women with taser

    Chico Police:

    5:21 p.m.: Subject refusing to leave Trinity United Methodist Church on East Fifth Street. “Reporting party setting up for an Alcohol Anonymous meeting. Female in an electric wheelchair climbed out and lying in front of the door. She has been asked to leave and refuses, said someone gave her permission to be there. Subject moved along.”

    8:25 p.m.: Suspicious subject at Cedar Village Apartments on West Fourth Avenue. “Subject on a bike rode by two teenage girls and bumped one of them on the shoulder. Subject circled around and parked his bike, got off his bike and pulled out a taser. The girls ran off and he yelled out to them ‘That’s where you live.’ Subject last seen at the apartment complex.”

    University Police:

    9:25 a.m.: Suspicious subject in the Student Health Center parking lot. “Subject in 20’s with scratches on his face, carrying empty Coors Light box. Officer out with subject on west side of Warner bridge. Subject arrested for being drunk in public. Non-student since spring 2013. Taken to Chico Police Department.”

    8:00 p.m.: Transient problem near Physical Science Building. “One subject in sleeping bag. Officer out with subject, being argumentative. Parole will not be placed, but requests he report to office. Cited for illegal lodging.”
