Chico Performances’ 21st annual Chico World Music Festival brought artists from across the globe together for one epic multicultural event.

 

 

Festival Facts

  • The event is 21 years old and was originally held in Bidwell Park. It moved to the lawns and stages of Chico State 17 years ago.
  • The event uses 4 stages to keep continuous performances flowing.
  • There are about 13 to 14 acts per year — four to six main performances and eight to 10 children’s performances.
  • The festival often features local acts, such as this year’s local act Mossy Creek Band.
