Thursday, 8:32 a.m.: Suspicious subject on Main St. “Occurred at 35 Main on Main St., Chico. Male naked, female clothed, in fenced area behind the building , appear to be having sexual contact.”
Thursday, 3:10 p.m.: Narcotics violation at Whitney Hall. “Occurred at Whitney Hall Dormitory on Legion Ave., Chico. Smell of marijuana, unknown if anyone in the room.”
