Keeping the sniffles to a minimum

Brace yourselves fellow students, the flu season is upon us. If the health center giving flu shots on campus and the obnoxious coughs and sneezes in class weren’t enough of a hint.

Because the flu has begun to make its course around campus, it’s now time to make even more precautions for yourselves so that you don’t end up skipping out on class because you ended up sick as a dog. Of course, there are the obvious precautions, such as washing your hands often and not sharing food or drinks with people who are sick.

Aside from that, there are flu shots available. Even though there are a million excuses as to why you can’t get one, when it comes to health, there are no excuses. Spare yourself a few extra minutes and get a flu shot. It’ll not only keep you from getting super sick, it’ll also keep you from missing out on class.

So please, spare yourself the trouble of getting sick as well as getting those around you sick and take these precautions.
