Female threatens to blow up male’s truck

Female harassing the reporting person who is a broker looking at the houses in the new subdivision. She is looking into cars and approaching the homes that are unoccupied. Reporting person says female is tweaking out and carrying a piece of carpet.

Call type: DUI Sunday 3/14/2016 4:10 a.m., East 16 Street

Reporting person behind possible DUI driver, going 10 miles per hour and running stop signs. Now subject is backing up and driving on sidewalk at Sierra Market, may have ran into the ice machine and just turned headlights off.

Call type: Panhandler Monday 3/14/2016 2:14 p.m., Home Depot

Female with two small children panhandling at entrance, officer advised not to return for panhandling. Subject had several hundred dollars in donations that she had collected using a sign to ask for money, food for the children and rent money. The children were eating chicken nuggets and soda. Female told not to use the children as props to panhandle great donations.

Female jumped over the counter with red curly hair and is creating a scene. Female is currently on the broadway side of the business she continues to come and go.

Female walking around telling staff and guests that someone was murdered at the motel last night. Suspect is not a guest and has also knocked on a guest’s door asking to smoke some meth with them.

Subject stated she was going to blow up a male subject’s truck and bash it in and destroy his property although male was in Pennsylvania, his property was in Chico. Female stated she was going try to get arrested tonight so she would have somewhere to sleep.
