Contemporary Woman” is an annual event in which women over the age of 18 are invited to participate and potentially display their art at the Chico Art Center. The event is open to participants worldwide.

“It’s great to have diversity at our art exhibits,” said Dan Fregin, the docent coordinator at the Chico Art Center. “This is one of our more popular exhibits.”

This is the 10th annual “Contemporary Woman” art exhibit. It will be open to the public until May 6.

The Chico Art Center is open from noon to 4 p.m. daily.

The next exhibit at the Chico Art Center will be an upcoming “Art of Food” exhibit from May 13 to June 3.
