Binge watching is cool until you’ve watched every episode there is and become overwhelmed with a sensation of emptiness.

In case anyone has become stuck in this cycle of idle scrolling, desperately seeking a replacement for the show you just lost, here are a few documentaries to make this time in your life less depressing.

The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst– This thrilling mini documentary series takes a closer look at the mysterious deaths that Robert Durst is rumored to be involved in and can be found on HBO GO.

Cowspiracy- To take a deeper look into the meat industry and its harmful effects on the environment and our ecosystem, the costs of our love for meat and dairy products come into question. This one can be found on Netflix.

There’s Something Wrong With Aunt Diane– This exhilarating documentary feels like a puzzle that has some pieces missing causing the viewer to question what really happened during a terrifying car accident. This one is available on HBO GO.

Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief– This documentary zooms in on what a life inside Scientology is like and how it affects the people involved. This one is found on HBO GO.

When you finish your favorite binge worthy show, it feels like the show broke up with you, but sometimes a new addictive show is the only cure.
