Each year the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice, College of Behavioral and Social Sciences and Associated Students put on an event for Constitution Day.
This year the event is “The Future is Ours: How Demographic Change and Latino Voters are Changing American Politics in 2016 and Beyond”. Dr. Gary Segura from Stanford University will be the speaker at the event this year.
Segura’s speech will focus on political representation and America’s growing Latino minority. Pi Sigma Alpha is the student group that is co-sponsoring the event this year.
This event will be held on September 20 in the BMU at 6 p.m. Admission is free to the public.
