A new art showcase in the Bell Memorial Union is spotlighting a student artist with the theme “Vitality” this week.

The third floor art gallery of the BMU began hosting the exhibition of “Vitality” by student Megan Wade on Tuesday.

Wade is majoring in Arts and her solo exhibition “Vitality” has 23 paintings on display.

The gallery is available from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is the only gallery on campus that exclusively displays work by students.

Wade will be available at a reception for all questions about the gallery and her work on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. “Vitality” will be open until Oct. 19.
