Two transients were across the street from Madison Bear Garden with a pitbull aggressively panhandling. The reporting party told the transients that he didn’t have any money. The transients began to harass the subject with racial slurs, profanity and even followed the subject for a short period.

Sunday, April 19, 11:05 p.m. Humboldt/Bruce Road

The reporting party stated that two suspects had stolen a portable toilet off of Humboldt and Bruce Road earlier that night. The reporting party also stated that the suspects appeared to be near other property that also appeared to be stolen.

The reporting party reports that there has been ongoing issues with her neighbor. The neighbor continues to leave various items on the subject’s front porch and claims to be a part of the Secret Service.

Upon arriving at work, the reporting party found a wallet, clothing and a jar of marijuana in front of the door.

An elderly male was hunched over, stating that he was waiting for his friend Donald Trump to pick him up. The male left westbound on Hooker Oak and his daughter eventually responded and began to care for the subject.

Student received a scam to her Chico State email and lost approximately $6,000.

The victim stated that she was raped but does not want to pursue criminal charges and would not provide information on the suspect. The victim states that the rape occurred off campus.

A resident stated they were having a hard time breathing. The resident passed out in the kitchen and was transported to a hospital. The cause was not alcohol related.

A worker returned to his car which was parked on Warner St. and noticed damage to the hood and bumper areas. There was also a bicycle mark located on the hood of his car.

A subject was caught jumping onto the construction site from the bridge side. The subject was issued a warning.
