    Man defecating in motel room, has not paid, refuses to leave

    Chico Police Department

    Sunday, 12:59 p.m.: Disturbed subject on the 3000 block of Boston Drive. “Transient female walked up on the reporting party’s front lawn and started yelling ‘Which way!, Where do I go?!’ No one else was around the female. Female seemed (drunk). She was picking her nose and sucking her fingers.”

    Sunday, 6:54 p.m.: Transient problem on the 100 block of Main Street. “Reporting party was walking by transients with his dogs, the transients’ dogs tried to attack his dog. The transients are now yelling at and harassing him. Group of four. They have two dogs, one black and white with blue harness, one brown. Main aggressor is white male adult with long brown dirty hair. Black vest with skull and crossbones. Threatening to spray reporting party with mace.”

    Sunday, 8:05 p.m.: Subject refusing to leave the Vagabond Motel on the 600 block of Main Street. “Male defecated all over his room. Is now causing a disturbance. Has not paid for room. Subject is now locked inside room 121 and refusing to leave.”

    University Police Department

    Sunday, 1:07 a.m.: Suspicious subject on the south side of the O’Connell Technology Center. “(Subject) moved along and warned for urinating in public.”

    Sunday, 1:46 a.m.: Suspicious subject in front of Whitney Hall. “White male adult wearing a Pirates baseball cap. Wearing a beige shirt and carrying a backpack. Reporting party advised he appears to have a cut on his arm and is trying to get into Whitney Hall.”

    Sunday, 8:51 p.m.: Suspicious circumstances around the O’Connell Technology Center and Langdon Hall. “Occurred past three to five minutes. Possible graffiti. Reporting party heard spray can type noises. Two white male adults by bench. One subject 5’3″, baggy blue hoodie, pants, second subject taller, black beanie cap, army jacket.”
