New bill aims to keep CSU tuition steady

SB15 will give the California State University system more money for additional sections, academic advisers and student slots, it will also create a new unit-based grant. The money comes from eliminating the Middle Class Scholarship, increasing non-resident tuition and asking the state for more money.
