The daughter of the reporting party is throwing things and screaming. Reporting party claims the tantrum is because they would not giver her any cigarettes. Subject eventually returns to her room to calm down.
Call Type: Shoplift, 10:22 a.m., Broadway Street
Two female subjects were staying in the dressing room for an extended period of time. One of the women eventually left the store, but left her pants behind.
Call Type: Annoying Phone Calls, 1:22 p.m., West Sacramento Street
Reporting party makes eight calls to dispatch, claiming he can’t breath but denies medical help. He calls again stating he doesn’t have much longer to live. He calls again claiming his mother has locked him out of his trailer. On his final call he asks police to come and arrest him.
Call Type: Missing Person, 9:27 p.m., Lassen Avenue
Girlfriend of reporting party had not returned home for 16 hours and is not responding to phone calls or texts. Reporting party calls again, saying their girlfriend has been found.
