Saturday, 2:15 a.m.: Medical aid needed at Whitney Hall dormitory on Legion Avenue. “Residential advisor requesting alcohol assessment on one male. Front desk called and was unable to answer any questions about the call as they were told simply to call UPD.”
Saturday, 2:17 a.m.: Welfare check at Whitney Hall dormitory on Legion Avenue. “Father Leo Rios requesting welfare check on his daughter Stephanie Rios because she has not returned his phone call, requesting she call home.”
Saturday, 3:50 p.m.: Elevator malfunction at Meriam Library on West First Street. “Flagged down by staff advising the staff elevator is not working. Advised an officer, all the other elevators are working, do not need a call out at this time.”
Sunday, 1:07 a.m.: Welfare check at Sutter Hall on Legion Avenue. “Responding party called to inform of a student passed out in the men’s restroom. Has been drinking.”
Sunday, 4:26 p.m.: Graffiti at Parking Structure 1 on Cherry Street. “White marker ‘PEDR’ on third floor light pole east side and on stairwell steps southeast side between second and third floor.”
Sunday, 5:06 p.m.: Bike complaint, enforcement at Whitney Hall dormitory on Legion Avenue. “Responding party advising her combo lock is not unlocking. She believes someone might have tampered with it. Responding party advising it looks like someone was pulling on it and now her combo is not working.”
Monday, 1:22 p.m.: Medical aid needed on the eighth floor of Whitney Hall. “Resident advisor advising female fell in shower and hit her head. Female is conscious and talking.”
Monday, 4:43 p.m.: Disturbance at Gateway Science Museum on Esplanade. “Out on a group that appeared to be fighting. Group is dispersing, black male adult on a bike last seen northbound.”
Monday, 7:03 p.m.: Graffiti at Nettleton Stadium College Drive. “North side, water tank, white marker, ‘Fluke, 5UPA, FUSE.'”

Saturday, 1:24 p.m.: Embezzlement at Longfellow Avenue. “Responding party, wife, front counter in the station requesting contact regarding employee, who is also a relative, has been embezzling from their business, approximately $280,000. Rosemarie and Shaun hired April Stratton to help with bookkeeping. Since 2011, Stratton has been taking money from one of their business accounts she had been entrusted to.”
Saturday, 5:29 p.m.: Suspicious circumstance at West Seventh Street. “Responding party received call from friend at this location. Friend has found videos of animal, human pornography on a computer he purchased from a private party and would like to turn the computer in. Dispatching officer contacted resident. Advised nothing criminal regarding possession of the videos. Advised to delete all the unwanted items on his computer.”
Saturday, 9:58 p.m.: Shoplift at Pillsbury Road. “Female walking away from Kmart with merchandise. Loss prevention advises she stole makeup and chips.”
Sunday, 5:41 p.m.: Disturbance at West Fifth Street. “Male and female down the street are pushing and kicking each other two houses down from the bar. Responding party pulled over down the street past the address. Still verbal, responding party can see CHP driving past the house. Responding party flagging down officer in area.”
Sunday, 6:55 p.m.: Drunk in public at Sycamore Pool. “North side, male subject very intoxicated yelling racial slurs and being drunk, obnoxious. He has a small group of males and female with him. They are in and out of the pool and hanging out under a tree.”
Sunday, 10:59 p.m.: Traffic hazard on Salem Street. “Male or female laying in the middle of the street on Salem. Subject was talking on the phone. Will not get up. People trying to get the subject up and out of the road but they are not cooperative. Responding party advised if a vehicle makes a right onto Salem the subject will get hit.”
Monday, 8:28 a.m.: Drunk in public at 20th Street park. “Responding party concerned about a female in the park-open field behind the tennis courts. Female is wandering, picking up invisible things. Responding party saw a vehicle she thinks is associated and is afraid subject may drive. Subject now talking to herself. Possibly hallucinating.”
Monday, 11:44 a.m.: Disturbance at Arbutus Avenue. “Mother extremely drunk and trying to leave drunk. Responding party took mother’s keys and money and parked her vehicle between hers and another so she could not get out if she got her keys back.”
Monday, 12:09 p.m.: Drunk in public at Motel Six. “Responding party request welfare check, evaluation on female guest that has been behaving bizarre. Female advises she is dying of cancer, but has been wandering the property contacting other guests. Female came into the office requesting a call to the mortuary, since she was ready to be cremated. Staff has returned her to her room several times. During one visit to room they found a large empty vodka bottle. Female was also caught in the manager’s private apartment.”
