A man reportedly on illegal narcotics was detained at Enloe Medical Center after proclaiming his Xbox was a bomb.

Bomb squad called to police department

A bomb threat was reported at the Chico Police Department on Humboldt Road Tuesday afternoon. The area was closed while the Butte County Bomb Squad analyzed the suspicious device.
