Chico Police:
11:45 a.m.: Suspicious subject at Raleys at the Orchard on West East Avenue. “Male subject walking around in the parking lot looking into vehicles. Subject in front of the store trying to sell some sort of headlight restoration product. Reporting party feels he is targeting elderly females. Reporting party says he admonished the subject and thinks he has left towards Savemart.”
1:45 p.m.: Indecent exposure on Cedar Street. “Subject walking down the street with his pants down, holding a brown paper bag with what appears to be a beer in it. Officer out with subject by liquor store. Subject was cited and released.”
4:42 p.m.: Subject disturbance at Fair Street Market and Liquor on East 20th Street. “Reporting party states he was in business getting a cold drink and after reporting party asked business if there were colder drinks. The cashier took the reporting party’s backpack and chased him out of the store. Reporting party is now waiting outside. Advised reporting party that clerks denied the incident. Options provided to reporting party, no further action.”
University Police:
2:24 p.m.: Noise disturbance at Lassen Hall. “Loud music with sexual content coming from Lassen. Room located, officer out with resident advisor. Porn being broadcasted though his speakers. University Housing to handle.”
4:33 p.m.: Robbery at Bank of America on Broadway Street. “Male subject verbally stated he had a gun but no weapons seen. Stated that if the teller have him bait money he would shoot her. Subject fled through the back parking lot door.”
