Chico Police Department:
Sunday, 11:19 a.m. : Unauthorized soccer league playing on field. “Reporting party advised an unauthorized Mexican soccer league has set up and are playing league games on their fields. Reporting party has told them several times to leave but the subjects refuse to leave and have alcohol on campus.”
Sunday, 1:48 p.m. : Neighbor threatens caller. “Reporting party said today the neighbor put up a sign in the front yard saying ‘Worried? You should be.’ Reporting party believes it is a threat. Neighbor has pulled knife on him in the past.”
Sunday, 11:09 p.m. : Subject playing virtual golf. “Male subject with golf club on bridge playing virtual golf and yelling. Reporting party hearing a lot of people go under the bridge and hearing what sounds like metal being hit.”
Monday, 12:30 p.m. : Subject with a rifle yelling in an alleyway. “Homeless is screaming at profanities. Reporting party can see him holding a rifle. Second reporting party from Bliss Salon locked her business. Subject detained. Appears to be an air soft gun.”
Monday, 2:25 p.m. : Group damaging trees downtown. “Group of approximately eight subjects using sticks to hit and damage the trees on the southeast corner of the park.”
Monday, 5:46 p.m. : Subject threatens to go to the media. “Male walked up to the facility fence and was verbal with reporting party’s resident. Intervened at the second time the subject returned, he said he was upset about how staff handled the problem. Subject was hostile and said he would go to the media and yelled about first amendment rights.”
