University Police:
Tuesday, 6:57 a.m.: Suspicious subject at Siskiyou Hall on Ivy Street. “Responding party advised there was a white male adult with white hair, wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans sitting down next to bike racks. Advised the subject was putting a bike tire onto his bike and that another bike in the racks appeared to be missing a tire.”
Tuesday, 7:09 a.m.: Suspicious subjects at Holt Hall. “Last seen walking towards Gateway Science Museum. Subjects wearing dark hoodies, carrying a white bike frame.”
Tuesday, 11:53 p.m.: Suspicious circumstance at Kendall, Performing Arts Center. “Possible subjects up in tree, responding party found broken branch, bikes next to tree.”
Chico Police Department:
Tuesday, 9:55 a.m.: Petty theft at Mulberry Street. “Ex-girlfriend made entry to house after moving out and stole several items from apartment including his associates degree, appliances and electronics. Responding party is now more worried about involved party’s new parolee boyfriend coming around and intimidating him. Responding party does not feel safe here and will be working on getting out of his lease for his safety.”
Tuesday, 12:52 p.m.: Harassment at Patricia Drive. “Responding party still receiving texts messages from suspect that have grown more intense and threatening in nature. Suspect states he is in possession of handgun and is going to ‘write his own ending’ like in ‘Fatal Attraction.’ “
Tuesday, 5:48 p.m.: Refusing to leave at Henshaw Avenue. “Female known to the responding party refuses to leave the property. Responding party being vague saying the female is ‘just a bitch.’ Female is now on the sidewalk saying she is not leaving until police department arrives.”
