Readers, Digest: Students’ favorite international dishes
In honor of the 29th annual Chico World Music festival, which will feature international food along with live international music performances on Friday, Sept. 12 and Saturday, Sept. 13, I asked Chico State students about their favorite international dishes.

Jordan Fastenau, a graduate psychology major, likes pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup.

Kelly Seck, a first-year nutrition and food science major, prefers sushi, especially tempura rolls.

Abraham Martinez, a sophomore pre-business administration major, also enjoys sushi, particularly spicy crab rolls.
“I like spicy food,” he said. “It has to be something spicy.”

Madasyn Lewis, a first-year pre-nursing major, said her favorite food is enchiladas.
“If I were to make something,” she said. “I would want to make enchiladas.”
